RP6 Rally Night Terms and Conditions

1. Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in outdoor activities such as bonfires, games, and social gatherings may involve inherent risks — including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, burns, or other personal injuries.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to attend, you hereby release, waive, and hold harmless RP6 – Rally Point 6, its owners, officers, volunteers, employees, and property owners from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability of any kind arising from or related to your attendance or participation in the event — including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend RP6 – Rally Point 6 and any affiliated parties against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise as a result of your actions or failure to follow event rules and safety guidelines.

4. Event Location & Conduct

The event may take place on private property or in a public venue.
Participants agree to:

Respect all property, facilities, and individuals present.
Follow any instructions or safety guidelines from event organizers.
Refrain from bringing alcohol, drugs, or weapons of any kind.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund or further access to RP6 activities.

5. Photography & Media Release

By attending, you grant RP6 – Rally Point 6 the right to use photos, video, or audio captured at the event for promotional or marketing purposes.

6. Acknowledgment

By completing your free ticket registration, you affirm that:

You have read and understood this waiver in full.
You are of legal age (18+) or have a guardian’s consent.
You voluntarily agree to these terms and assume full responsibility for your participation.
